I can’t remember where I picked this up from – it must be from a Glossybox or Birchbox – I’d had a 30ml bottle knocking around my box of travel sizes for some time. As it was my only travel size exfoliator it got packed in my toiletries bag for our cruise holiday 🙂
I wasn’t sure what to expect having never heard of Lamilou at all before, I was expecting a typical grainy scrub with a nice scent (Orange Blossom is lovely, after all!).
I was so pleased I packed it, this is such a lovely product to use, why on earth didn’t I try it sooner?! It isn’t scrubby at all, it’s a wonderfully light liquid that gently cleanses and smoothes skin, leaving your body feeling soft and hydrated. The scent lingers and is very delicate, it won’t overpower your perfume, and it is a good clean fragrance.
I found it perfect for showering every day while on holiday, 30ml lasted well, but I did run out after a week.
Those with sensitive skin should have no problems with this, although from the ingredients list it’s not clear on the fragrance, so do patch test first if that’s a trigger for your sensitive skin.
I can’t find this product to buy anywhere at the moment, but hoping that the website www.lamilou.co.uk really will be opening soon as its home page says!
